AVIF to JPG Converter
AVIF images are not supported by every editor, email app or print shop. This free converter turns your AVIF photos into widely supported JPG files right in your browser — nothing is uploaded — with batch conversion and quality control built in.

You can select many files at once
How to use
- Upload one or more .avif images.
- Set the JPG quality — 92% keeps photos sharp at a sensible size.
- Download each JPG, or press Download All as ZIP for the whole batch.
Tips
- Use 85–90% quality for web uploads — the file gets much smaller with almost no visible difference.
- Keep the original AVIF file too; converting the same image twice loses quality.
- Transparent areas become white in the JPG, since JPG has no transparency.
Note: AVIF decoding needs a modern browser — Chrome 85+, Edge, Firefox 93+, or Safari 16.4+. If a file fails here, try opening this page in one of those. Everything runs on your own device — your images are never uploaded anywhere.
