How to read your result
This is an estimate based on the formula you chose. Each university sets its own formula and closing merit, which changes every year, so always check the official admission notice of the university you are applying to.
How the merit formula works
Most Pakistani universities combine your marks using weights. A typical formula is 10% of your matric percentage, plus 40% of your intermediate percentage, plus 50% of your entry test percentage. If you have no entry test, the calculator spreads the test weight between matric and intermediate so the result still reflects the two boards.
Always confirm the exact weights from the university admission notice before applying, since formulas differ between institutions.
