Add your class list once, then mark each student present or absent per session. Attendance percentages update automatically with green, amber, and red colour coding, and everything is saved in your browser.

Colour guide: 75% or more 60% to 74% Below 60%. Click the Attendance % header to switch between highest-first and lowest-first.
- Paste student names into the box, one per line, and press Add Students.
- Choose the session date, then toggle each student Present or Absent.
- Press Save Session. Repeat for every class date to build the totals.
- Use Export CSV to download the full summary for your records.
Data stays in your browser (localStorage key: azlaan_attendance_v1). Use Reset All Data to erase everything permanently.
Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)
Where is my attendance data stored?
All attendance data is stored in your own browser using localStorage. Nothing is sent to a server, and clearing your browser data removes it.
How is the attendance percentage calculated?
Attendance percentage is present sessions divided by total recorded sessions, multiplied by 100. Sessions for the current date only count after you press Save Session.
Can I track attendance for more than one date?
Yes. Pick a date with the date selector, mark students, and press Save Session. Each date accumulates into the same totals.
How do I export the attendance data?
Press the Export CSV button to download a spreadsheet with every student, their present count, absent count, and attendance percentage.
