How to use it
- Enter your event name and date, then add every guest with the Add Guest form. A name is required, everything else is optional.
- Move guests between statuses with the dropdown in the table: Invited for awaiting replies, Confirmed for yes, Declined for no.
- The plus one count covers family or companions. Expected attendance adds confirmed guests and their plus ones together.
- Search by name or phone and filter by status when the list gets long. Export the CSV for your planner, caterer or seating plan.
- Everything saves automatically in your browser, so you can close the page and continue later.

How do I add a guest to the tracker?
Use the Add Guest form. Type the guest name, optionally add a phone number, pick the invite status, set the number of plus ones, and click Add Guest. The guest appears in the table instantly and is saved automatically.
What does the expected attendance number mean?
Expected attendance is the total number of confirmed guests plus the plus ones they bring. It is a quick estimate of how many seats, plates or gifts you should plan for.
How do guest statuses work?
Every guest has one of three statuses: Invited means the invite was sent and the reply is still awaited, Confirmed means the guest is coming, and Declined means the guest is not coming. You can change any status at any time from the dropdown in the table, and the dashboard updates immediately.
Is my guest data private?
Yes. All guests are stored only in your browser using localStorage. Nothing is uploaded to any server, and you can export the full list as a CSV file whenever you want.
How do I remove the sample guests?
The tracker opens with a few sample guests so you can see how it works. Click the Clear button and confirm to remove all guests at once, then add your own.
