How does the Hostel Expense Splitter work?

Can I split an expense among only some roommates?
Yes. When you add an expense, untick any roommates it does not apply to, so only the selected people share that cost.
Does the tool save my data?
Yes. Your roommates and expenses are saved in this browser automatically, so you can close the page and continue later.
Can I change the currency?
Yes. There is a currency field above the settlement plan, set to Rs by default, which you can change to any currency.
