How to use
- Press Payment next to each invoice below.
- Enter the amount and date, then press Save Payment — the status becomes paid/partial automatically.
- When the due date passes, an unpaid/partial invoice is flagged Overdue by itself.
- The cards above show total receivable, received, balance due and overdue live.
Tips
- Record every payment the same day you receive it - backdated entries are where mistakes creep in.
- Check the overdue list weekly and follow up politely; a short reminder message recovers most late payments.
- Pair this with the Invoice Maker tool so invoices flow into the tracker automatically.
- Export or screenshot your records monthly; browser data is private but not backed up.
This record stays in your own browser only — nothing goes to a server. Figures are for information only, not tax advice.
