History
How to use
- Pick your mood for the day (1 = Terrible, 5 = Great). The date defaults to today — change it if you are logging a past day.
- Optionally write a short note about your day, then press "Save entry". Saving again on the same date replaces the old entry for that date.
- Watch your insights: the streak counts consecutive days you logged, and the chart draws your mood trend for the last 7 or 30 days.
- Use the export buttons to download all entries as a plain text file or as a CSV file for spreadsheets.
Note: Your entries are kept in this browser only (local storage). This is a personal journal, not a medical tool — if you feel unwell for a long time, please talk to a qualified professional.
