How to use
- Enter the date, odometer reading in km, liters filled and price per liter, then click Add Fill-Up.
- The first entry sets your starting point. From the second entry on, the tool shows km per liter for each fill-up.
- Watch your overall average, fuel cost per km and total spent in the summary cards.
- Enter your monthly riding distance and click Project to estimate monthly fuel cost.
- Use Clear All to permanently delete all records. Data is stored only in your browser.
How km per liter is calculated
For each fill-up after the first, the distance travelled since the previous fill-up (current odometer minus previous odometer) is divided by the liters filled. The overall average is the total distance divided by the total fuel used across all recorded intervals. Fuel cost per km is total money spent divided by total distance travelled.
Tip: for the most accurate average, always fill the tank to the same level and record the odometer reading at the petrol pump.

How is km per liter calculated?

How does the monthly fuel cost projection work?
Enter your estimated monthly riding distance in kilometres. The tool multiplies it by your fuel cost per km to project the monthly fuel expense.
Where is my data saved?
All fill-up records are stored in your own browser using localStorage. Nothing is uploaded to any server, and Clear All permanently deletes every record.
