How to use
- Add each customer once with name and optional phone number.
- When a customer takes goods on credit, record Credit given.
- When the customer pays, record Payment received.
- The balance shows what the customer still owes you.
- Use the CSV buttons to download records for your own bookkeeping.
Your records are stored in this browser only (localStorage). Clearing browser data will remove them, so export a CSV copy regularly.

How do I record credit given to a customer?
Add the customer once, click their name to open their credit ledger, select Credit given as the entry type, enter the amount, date and note, then press Save Entry.
How do I record a payment received from a customer?
Open the customer ledger, select Payment received as the entry type, enter the amount and date, then press Save Entry. The customer balance updates automatically.
Where is my credit data stored?
Records are stored in this browser only. Nothing is uploaded anywhere. Clearing browser data removes them, so export a CSV copy regularly with the Export Customer CSV or Export All CSV buttons.
