Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)

How are loyalty points calculated?

When you enter a purchase amount, the tool divides it by your configured rate, for example 1 point per 100 currency units, and awards whole points to the customer.

Can I change the points rate later?

Yes. Open the Program Settings card and set a new rate. The new rate applies to future purchases only. Points that were already awarded stay unchanged.

What happens if a customer tries to redeem more points than they have?

The tool blocks the redemption and shows a warning, so a customer balance can never go below zero.

Where is my customer data stored?

Everything is stored in your browser local storage on this device. Nothing is uploaded anywhere, and your customer records are still there when you reopen the page.
