How to use
- Set the average service time per customer, then click Issue Token for each arriving customer (name is optional).
- Click Next to call the next token on the Now Serving board.
- Click Serve Again if the customer did not hear the call.
- Click Complete when the customer is done; the average wait updates automatically.
- Your queue is saved on this device even if you refresh the page. Reset Day starts a fresh day.

How does the queue token system work?
Click Issue Token to give each customer a number. Use Next / Serve to call the next token on the Now Serving board, and Complete to mark it done.
Is my queue data saved?
Yes. The queue is saved in your browser's local storage, so it survives page refreshes on the same device and browser.
What do the Next, Serve Again and Complete buttons do?
Next calls the next token on the Now Serving board. Serve Again recalls the current token if the customer did not hear the call. Complete marks the customer done.
How are wait time estimates calculated?
Set the average service time per customer, and the tool estimates waiting times. The average wait updates automatically as customers are completed.
