How do I record a monthly rent payment?
Open the record payment form, choose the month, enter the payment date, amount, payment mode and receipt number, then click Save Payment. The month is marked as paid automatically and appears in the ledger table.
How do I print a rent receipt?
Each row in the payments table has a Print button. Click it to open a clean receipt view with the shop details, month, amount and receipt number, then use your browser print dialog.
Where is my rent data saved?
All data is saved in your browser using localStorage. Nothing is sent to any server, so your ledger stays private and works even without internet.
Can I export my rent record?
Yes. Use the Export CSV button to download the full payment table, or the Export Summary button to copy a plain text summary for sharing with the shop owner or accountant.
