How to use
- Choose a weekly or monthly period, enter your allowance, and split it across the five categories.
- Press "Save My Budget Plan" to lock the plan and see the budget split with progress bars.
- Log every expense in step 3 with its date, category and amount.
- Watch the remaining balance per category and overall — bars turn red when a category goes over budget.
Tips
- Set aside savings first, before allocating the rest — money you never assign tends to get spent.
- Log expenses the same day. Small forgotten amounts are what break most budgets.
- If one category keeps going red, move a fixed amount from another category instead of borrowing at random.
- Review the log at the end of each period and adjust the next plan based on real numbers, not guesses.
