Student Study Hours Planner
Enter your subjects with a difficulty rating, tell us how many hours you can study each day and how many days you have, and get a balanced day-by-day study schedule. Harder subjects automatically get more time.
1. Your subjects
2. Your study time
How the schedule is built
- Each subject gets a share of your total hours based on its difficulty weight (a weight-5 subject gets five times the time of a weight-1 subject).
- Sessions never exceed your chosen maximum length, and subjects rotate through the day so no subject gets two long blocks back to back.
- If you enable breaks, a 10-minute break is placed between sessions (breaks are rest time, not study time).
Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)
How does the Study Hours Planner divide my study time?
It divides your total study hours between subjects in proportion to the difficulty weight (1 to 5) you give each subject, so harder subjects get more time.
What does the maximum session length setting do?
Long study blocks for one subject are split into shorter sessions no longer than the maximum session length you choose.
Does it add break time between sessions?
Yes, when you tick the break option, a short break row is shown between study sessions in each day's schedule.
Can I print my study schedule?
Yes, the Print Schedule button creates a print-friendly version of your day-by-day plan that you can keep or share.
