How to use
- Add each member with their name and free days/times, then press Find Common Free Slots.
- Pick one of the suggested slots for the whole group, or an alternative that fits almost everyone.
- Enter the study topic, goals and meeting length, then generate an agenda with a minute-by-minute time split.
- Copy or download the full plan and share it with the group.
Tips
- Two short sessions per week beat one long tiring session for most subjects.
- Assign one small task to every member before the meeting — groups move faster when everyone prepares.
- End every session with 5 minutes of questions: each member explains one concept out loud.
- If no slot fits everyone, the alternative slots show which member is missing — ask them directly if they can adjust.
Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)
How do I find a study slot that works for everyone?
Add each member with their name, tick the days and times they are free (morning, afternoon or evening slots), then press Find Common Free Slots. The tool shows the slots that work for all members, plus near-matches where only one member is missing.
How many members can I add to a study group?
You can add up to 20 members per group. Each member needs a name and at least one free day and time slot selected.
What does the meeting agenda generator do?
Enter your study topic, optional goals and a meeting length of 30, 60, 90 or 120 minutes. The tool builds a minute-by-minute time split for the session. You can then copy the full plan or download it as a text file to share with the group.
Can I save or share the agenda?
Yes. After generating the agenda you can copy the full plan to the clipboard or download it as a text file to share with the group.
