How to use

  1. Add each supplier bill with its reference, bill date, due date and amount.
  2. Tap "Add payment" on a bill to record each payment; the outstanding balance updates instantly.
  3. Overdue bills are highlighted with days-past-due counts; use the supplier summary to see total dues per supplier.

Note: All data is stored only in this browser on this device. This is an estimate of your records — keep original invoices for legal and tax purposes.

Tips

  • Pay overdue bills first, then bills due in the next 7 days, to protect supplier goodwill.
  • Record every payment on the same day it is made — memory fades faster than balances grow.
  • Compare the supplier totals with your purchase invoices each month to catch mistakes.

Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)

How do I track what I owe each supplier?

Add each bill with its amount and due date, then record every payment against it; the tracker shows the outstanding balance per bill and per supplier automatically.

How are overdue bills shown?

Bills past their due date with a remaining balance are highlighted with the number of days overdue so you can pay the most urgent ones first.

Is my supplier data saved?

Yes, all bills and payments are stored in your browser local storage, so the record stays available on the next visit on the same device and browser.

Can I clear fully paid bills?

Yes. The Remove fully paid bills button clears all settled bills, keeping the list focused on what you still owe.
