Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)

What is the Tuition Batch Scheduler for?

It helps tuition teachers and academy owners organize their teaching batches. You add each batch with its subject, class days, timings, fee and students, and the tool builds a weekly timetable plus income totals.

How does the weekly overview grid work?

Every saved batch appears under each day it runs on. Each entry shows the batch name, subject, and start to end time, so you can see your full week at a glance and spot timing clashes.

How is expected monthly income calculated?

For each batch, the monthly fee per student is multiplied by the number of students, and the results are added together across all batches.

Where are my batches saved?

All batches are saved in your browser on this device using local storage. They load automatically the next time you open the page. Nothing is sent to a server.
